BOARD MEMBERS & OFFICERS
President:	Ed Roberts - Lethos Information Technologies Ed Roberts has been involved in the computer industry for over 20 years. Ed is the president/CEO of Lethos Information Technologies, an IT consulting firm based in the South Western United States. Mr. Roberts is also the Founder and President of the Southern California IT Professional Association, which is a non-profit corporation for community benefit based in Orange County California. Ed has a technical background in radio communications, satellite navigation and cryptography. Ed has been a VMS and UNIX administrator and has worked with Windows NT Server since the 3.1 Beta program. Ed has worked at Fortune 1000 as well as "Start-up" corporations as a Chief Technology Officer, Vice President of IT, Vice President of Network Services, Regional Systems Manager, Senior Systems Engineer and as a Microsoft Consulting Practice Manager. Mr. Roberts has been a presenter and advisory board member for Microsoft's TechNet, IT Pro Advisory Council, and Springboard Technology Experts Panel (STEP).
Vice President:	David Seibert - IT Innovators Dave Seibert has been involved in the IT industry for 30 years. His background includes technical and management positions in Start-ups, IT franchises and Fortune 500 companies. His technical skills span several decades from CP/M OS based computers to today's blade servers with virtualization. His management positions have included IT Director, Chief Technology Officer, IS Manager, Regional Manager, and Executive VP. Mr. Seibert is the founder/CIO of IT Innovators, a Microsoft Gold Partner serving Southern California for 15 years. Mr. Seibert is active in the IT industry which includes co-founder/Executive VP of SMB Technology Network, Board member/Vice President of Southern California IT Professional Association, Board member of International Association of Microsoft Channel Partners SoCal, Partner Council for Level Platforms, SMB Advisor Council for Trend Micro, SoCal Leader for SBS Groups Leads, IT Advisory Board for Stanbridge College, and Partner Advisory Council for Microsoft Small Business Specialist Community. He has continued his education through 12-24 years of CES, Networld/Interop, NAB & Comdex along with many business and technical professional education programs and conferences. Mr. Seibert is also a multi-year member in associations ASCII Group, CompTIA, SMB Alliance, MSP Partners, and HTG Peer Groups. He is a conference speaker, co-author of Peer Power, and listed in the SMB 150 List of IT influential people.

Director of Training and Certification	Brad Fischl, Computer Education and IT Career Counselor - QuickStart Intelligence Brad has been a leader in computer training and education since 1988. He specializes in helping organizations achieve their training goals and has counseled and guided thousands of individuals along their IT career paths. He is known world-wide as a leader in the computer training industry and has been recognized by two separate Who's Who organizations. Brad spent 10 years with another computer user group (NetWare Users International). He was a local User Group President, Regional Director, National Board Member, and eventually retired as Past-President Emeritus after completing his position as National President/COB in 1997-1998. Currently Brad is an Account Manager at QuickStart Intelligence where he continues his work in computer education and training. Brad has been known to offer advice and suggestions when you email him your resume. Be prepared to discuss getting the proper training and working on relevant industry certifications!
